Quarry Heights

This 110,000 square foot, Class A office building has a poured-in-place concrete structure with an attached four level concrete parking structure. Masonry veneer exterior, with interior finishes including travertine and mesquite floors with granite accent walls.

Ridgewood Plaza

A new 4 story class “A” office building (146,000 SF) with a 3 1/2 level parking garage attached by a sky bridge. Exterior finishes to include custom stone work, painted concrete panels, insulated glass systems, and aluminum composite paneling. The building includes common areas (corridors, elevator lobbies, exit stairs and restrooms) completely finished out with class “A” type finishes. The shell work includes VRV A/C system (Daikin) for the common areas and sized to handle future tenants.

Oaks III @ University Business Park

The Oaks at University Business Park Building III is a two story 83,000 square foot commercial office building. The construction is concrete tiltwall with a thin brick inlay facade. The roof is a heat reflective white TPO and this building has insulated glass windows. The foot print site is designed around many beautiful oak trees.

Bakery on Broadway

Kopplow Construction managed the demolition, remodel and additions to the Bakery on Broadway, which is the old ButterKrust Bakery Building located at 2201 Broadway. Improvements involved salvaging the old bakery hall and original two story building, as well as approximately 40,000-square foot construction of a new two-story building on the north end of the site and a three-story building on the southeast end of the site. The total area upon completion is approximately 100,000 square feet. Kopplow Construction also salvaged the old west structure for use as a partially covered parking area. Exterior materials are concrete tilt wall, masonry, EIFS and composite metal paneling. Interior finishes are glass, stone, wood, stainless steel, carpet and paint. The HVAC system is a chiller system utilizing ice-storage tanks to produce the chiller water. The project is LEED certified.

Oaks II @ University Business Park

Building II is a single story 101,000 square foot flex office with underbuilding parking at one end. The building is constructed of tilt-wall concrete with thin brick inlay facade. The roof consists of a heat reflective white TPO over R-19 insulated board. This is the second building of a three to four building park situated on a 36 acre tract at the south end of Silicon Drive which is continued with a private drive to Network Blvd. The infrastructure and park is designed around the trees and maintains much of the natural foliage. A detention pond is situated in the Northwest corner, which is designed to maintain four to six feet of water for a natural water feature for fish and plant life.

Oaks @ Univerity Business Park

Building I is a single story 114,000 square foot flex office building constructed of tilt wall concrete with thin brick inlay facade. The storefront and glazing is a combination of 1″ insulated Solar Cool Azuria in a thermally broken system as well as 1/4″ thick glass. The roof consists of a heat reflective white TPO over R-19 insulation board. This is the first building of a three to four building park situate on a 36 acre tract at the south end of Silicon Drive which is continued with a private drive to Network Blvd. The infrastructure and park is designed around the trees and maintains much of the natural foliage. Fairnon Office Buildings

The 5859 Farinon Office Building is a two story, 98,000 square foot tilt-wall office building. The front elevations are covered with limestone and cast stone veneer up to the second floor elevation. The windows are glazed with high efficiency Solar Cool Azuria glass. The front and rear entries, flanked with large Texas Red Oaks, are accessed through automatic sliding doors in a curtain wall storefront system. The roofing consists of a heat reflective white TPO over R-19 insulation board. The common areas include dual elevators, stainless steel and oak veneer wall paneling, stone and granite floor tile, and pendant hung lighting. The building HVAC is a high efficiency LEED system by McQuay with a Direct Digital Control System.

Time Warner Cable II

The 59,500 square foot, two-story, addition to pre-existing building that Kopplow Construction built in 1995. The building addition is concrete tilt-wall panels with thin brick accents; interior completion to include new executive area, cafeteria, and human resources center.

Brook Hollow Service Center

Buildings A, B, and C (186,029 square feet) were constructed over a three phase period from 1995 through 1998. These upscale office/service center buildings are constructed with tilt-wall panels containing Colorado River rock and sand aggregate then sand blasted. The high performance glass and varying height overhead doors give their park a true “flex” capability for tenant occupancy. The controlled access and lush landscaping offers a comfortable office setting.

Creekside Office Buildings

Creekside Office Buildings II & III total 17,000 square feet and are located on two lots surrounded by large oak trees in the Windmill Ranch Business Park (Bulverde, Texas). The buildings are wood-framed with wood trusses. Building III has a cedar-framed covered porch at the front and both buildings have cedar canopies over the storefront windows. The main roofs of both buildings are standing seam. The exterior are stucco with native limestone at the column bases with brick throughout the main entry hall. Finally, the common area restrooms are adorned with ceramic tile floors and high-quality wallpaper. The common area hallways consist of wallpaper and carpet with acoustical ceilings. The tenant spaces have a light, airy atmosphere with ceiling heights up to 12 feet.

Northwoods Business Park

Heritage Oaks Office Park I & II

The Heritage Oaks Office Park at Inwood include two identical 84,000 square foot, three story office building located at Loop 1604 and Bitters Road. These buildings are concrete tilt-wall construction with native limestone and EIFS accents. The core components of the interior include maple paneling, granite veneering, and travertine tile flooring.

Heritage Oaks III

The third building in the Inwood Heritage Oaks Office Complex is a 109,000 SF, 4 story office building. The structure is a 3 story Tilt Wall Panel building with a steel framed 4th floor/roof structure on top. The building includes common areas (corridors, elevator, lobbies, exit stairs, and restrooms) completely finished out with class “A” type finishes and a VRV A/C system for the entire shell structure.

Ridgewood Business Center

Located at 1718 Dry Creek Way, Ridgewood Complex-Building I is moments away from the new 281/1604 interchange. It is a 68,021 square foot shell commercial office building sitting on a little over 6.5 acres. The exterior finishes include prefinished metal panels, stone and brick over concrete tilt-wall panel, with approximately 30% of exterior areas insulated storefront. Exterior improvements include stacked boulder retaining walls, and over 120,000 square feet of paving.

Ridgewood Business Center II

Located at 1922 Dry Creek Way, San Antonio, Ridgewood Complex – Building II is an approximately 55,000 SF commercial office building. The project is single story and exterior finishes include prefinished metal panels, stone and brick over concrete tiltwall with approximately 30% exterior areas insulated storefront.

Scooter Store Corporate Office

This project consists of a new three story, 102,000 square foot building/office complex to house the corporate and sales staff for the Scooter Store. The building has many different components from training rooms, computer rooms, break room/dining facilities to large open call centers, conference rooms and general offices. One thousand parking spaces, improvement of existing landscape areas and a new public street complete with all utilities for the building and future business development. The exterior walls are concrete tilt-wall panels.

Shavano Oaks I & II

Shavano Oaks is a 33,000 square foot, three-story office building made of concrete tilt-wall construction located on Paesanos Parkway at Loop 1604. The exterior of the building includes native limestone entry with wainscot, curtain-wall glazing, and a third level exterior patio. The core components of the interior include limestone, slate tile and granite.

Shavano Oaks III

A new two-story building with interior core finish-out totaling 26,532 square feet. The project includes concrete foundation, tilt-wall panels, structural steel with composite joist, masonry, carpentry and millwork, TPO roofing, aluminum glazing with tinted glass, gypsum board, ceramic tile and stone flooring, acoustic ceiling, carpet, paint, wall coverings, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, elevator, fire alarm, fire sprinkler system, landscaping and irrigation. The building features two stone towers and dry stack retaining walls made of Sisterdale Limestone.

Starcrest Business Center

This 35,000 square foot facility is the second building constructed in the Starcrest Business Park. The wall panel design utilized the “thin brick” system that casts thin brick into the panel giving the building a masonry look with a touch of paint to accent the facade.

Crownridge Office Park

Kopplow Construction managed the development and construction of this 4-building garden-style office park. The buildings ranged from 4,200 square feet to over 5,000 and included a combination stone/stucco exterior with standing seam metal roofs. Kopplow Construction worked with the owner and design team from conception through completion.

Farinon II Office Building

Farinon II is a new 2 story class “A” office building (106,534 SF) with surface parking and associated site improvements. Exterior finishes to include painted concrete panels, insulated glass systems, and aluminum composite paneling. The building includes common areas (corridors, elevator lobbies, exit stairs and restrooms) completely finished out with class “A” type finishes. The shell work includes VRV A/C system (Daikin) for the common areas and sized to handle future.

University Heights Service Center

University Heights Service Center is a new three-building service center and office complex currently totaling 124,416 square feet. The construction is concrete tiltwall with a thin brick inlay facade. The roof is a heat reflective white TPO and the buildings feature 3K-4K square foot bay sizes with 16’-18’ clear height and dock, semi-dock and grade level loading.

Inwood Village I

Ridgewood Plaza is a new 2-story class “A” office building (77,035 SF) with exterior parking.  The tilt wall construction includes thin brick veneer and the interior is finished-out with move-in ready suites. In addition to 10’ ceiling heights, the site offers an outdoor patio and deck for tenant use
