Catto & Catto

This project was a complete renovation of a 20,000 square foot full floor in One Alamo Center in downtown San Antonio, Texas. The finish out included executive offices, workstations, break areas and a full kitchen.

RSM

This project was a new office finish out of 38,000 square foot full floor in the Ridgewood Plaza Office Building for in San Antonio, Texas. The finish out included executive offices, workstations, break areas and a full kitchen.

Univision TV & Radio Facility

This project was an interior finish out of 42,300 square feet of shell office space in The Oaks at University Business Park – Building II, San Antonio, Texas. This project included standard office finishes as well as high end specific finishes for the television and radio studios.

Argyle

This former Horse Ranch Headquarters is now a symbol of elegance and was renovated in 1956 as hotel, dinner club and event venue. The Club’s dual purpose is supporting the efforts of the Texas Biomedical Research Institute. Kopplow Construction renovated The Butler’s Pantry, Elevator and Lobby, as well as renovations to the Bar and Weingart Room. The renovations included millwork, marble, wood flooring, painting and lighting.

Silver Eagle Executive Area

This project was the complete renovation of 7,500 square feet of executive office space to include the CEO’s office, conference rooms, hospitality area, and a museum like corridor area where a special collection was displayed. The project included special millwork, flooring and other finish details with high end materials.

WellMed

The 23,900 sf finish out in the Oaks II building was completed in less than 90 days just as construction on the Oaks III building began. We completely finished out the 36,800 sf of the 1st floor of the Oaks III building in just over 90 days. During the finish out of the 1st floor space we expanded WellMed’s initial space by 7,700 sf. This work being adjacent to the occupied space was carefully scheduled to avoid disruption. Additionally, we finished out the 37,800 sf on the 2nd floor of the Oaks III building.

EY San Antonio Practice Office

This project was a new office finish out of 27,970 square foot on the 1st floor of a building EY occupies the entire 2nd floor in San Antonio, Texas. The finish out includes open offices, secured enclosed base with workstations, private focus rooms, conference rooms, training rooms and other typical office amenities.

Linebarger Goggan Blair & Simpson

This project was a new office finish out of 30,500 square foot full floor plus additional space on another floor in the Heritage Oaks III building in San Antonio, Texas. The finish out includes executive offices, workstations, break areas and an outside generator to provide emergency temporary power.
