In January 2026, we completed a 10,954-square-foot tenant improvement project for Ridgewood Plaza, Ltd., expanding the Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) San Antonio office footprint on the third floor at 19026 Ridgewood Plaza in San Antonio.

The project included the construction of modern office cubbies featuring interior sliding glass door systems and custom radius wall elements, contributing to a sleek, open layout designed for productivity and collaboration. The Kopplow team provided preconstruction budgeting, value engineering and full general contracting services with site coordination throughout the duration of the project.

Early coordination and streamlined execution played key roles in meeting the client’s expectations ahead of schedule.
