The HPI Medical Office Building at The Rock at La Cantera

We are expecting to complete the construction of The HPI Medical Office Building at The Rock at La Cantera in San Antonio, Texas in the fall of 2026. This 62,000-square-foot, three-story medical office building includes a detached 75,000-square-foot, four-story open-air parking garage. The office building features structural steel framing with concrete tilt wall panels and steel decks with concrete at each floor. The core is complete at every level: including wood ceilings, wood wall paneling and tile make up the common area finishes. The exterior combines painted concrete, storefront windows, metal siding and one brick wall matching the adjacent Spurs training facility. This building supports the continued growth of the Spurs performance and research campus. The precast garage carries perforated metal screening, two exit stair towers and one elevator, and connects to the building under a covered aluminum walkway. Limestone seats, tree wells, pavers and sidewalks complete the site, planted with new trees, shrubs and lawn.
