Scooter Store Corporate Office Construction

This project consists of a new three story, 102,000 square foot building/office complex to house the corporate and sales staff for the Scooter Store. The building has many different components from training rooms, computer rooms, break room/dining facilities to large open call centers, conference rooms and general offices.

One thousand parking spaces, improvement of existing landscape areas and a new public street complete with all utilities for the building and future business development. The exterior walls are concrete tilt-wall panels.
