Balcones Heights Business Park

In May 2024, we broke ground on a new office park construction project: The Balcones Heights Business Park, strategically situated at the intersection of I-10 and I-410. It includes four separate buildings with a combined total of 49,800 square feet. Each has a metal building structure, standing seam roof and metal siding exteriors. The move-in ready suites are of varying sizes with office only, office and warehouse or warehouse only options. Office suites feature storefront entry protected with an exterior canopy. Notably, Building 2 has individual executive suites sharing a common conference room, coffee bar and restroom.
