New San Antonio Office Construction Finish Out for Embrey

This project was a new office finish out of 30,000 square foot full floor in the 7600 Broadway Mixed Use Office Building in San Antonio, Texas. The finish out included executive offices, multiple conference rooms, workstations, break areas and a full kitchen.

Services Performed

Kopplow Construction was engaged during the design phase to provide pre-construction services including estimating, scheduling, procurement of long lead items, etc. and then contracted to complete the construction phase.
