Northeast Methodist Medical Office Building Construction

The Northeast Methodist Medical Office is the newest addition to the Methodist Healthcare system. Located along I-35, the 75,000 square-foot, three-story medical office includes an outpatient surgery center, a cardiology imaging center and robotic surgery capabilities.

Services Performed

Completed in July 2023, this structure was constructed with a tilt wall concrete shell and core and contains asphalt surface parking. The exterior includes two porte-cocheres, limestone and cast stone stacked to the second-floor windows, ACM paneling at the entries and accents and an expansive curtainwall storefront system at the main entry. Its interior contains a beautiful, decorative lobby staircase that continues to the second floor, wood wall paneling, tile flooring, two elevators with custom designed interiors, a rear access stair and restrooms on the second and third floors for easy accessibility.
