University Heights Service Center is a new three-building service center and office complex currently totaling 124,416 square feet. The construction is concrete tilt-wall with a thin brick inlay facade. The roof is a heat reflective white TPO and the buildings feature 3K-4K square foot bay sizes with 16’-18’ clear height and dock, semi-dock and grade level loading.
