WellMed - Seguin Medical Building Construction

In April 2025, we broke ground on the new WellMed location in Seguin, Texas. This 12,000 square-foot facility featured tilt-wall building with EIFS profiles, stone wainscoting and steel canopies. Kopplow also completed the interior work providing space for in-house labs, radiology services, 20 exam rooms, office and nurse staff areas and a comfortable waiting area. Extensive millwork, paint, carpet, LVT flooring and wall tile access make up a snapshot of the interior finishes. This facility will replace the existing WellMed in Seguin, and we look forward to this new medical building welcoming and caring for patients in the fall of 2025.
