Wiseman & Cottonwood Retail Center

In 2024, we broke ground on a $3.6M retail construction project to bring a shopping center to San Antonio’s westside, just a few minutes’ drive from Alamo Ranch and the New Westover Hills Baptist Hospital. This project featured a 25,000-square-foot retail building utilizing concrete tilt-wall construction, enhanced with limestone accents and entry canopies at each storefront. Utility and storm drainage infrastructure was included, serving both the current development and a future Phase 2 expansion. In addition, improvements were made to the public right-of-way along Wiseman Boulevard and Cottonwood Drive to provide access to the Phase 1 development, the planned Phase 2 area and four future pad sites.
